By using the Site, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
HammerFlow provides AI-powered lead follow-up and appointment-booking software and related marketing services for home-service contractors. The specific services, features, and fees that apply to you are those described at the time you sign up or in your order or agreement with us.
Fees are as presented to you at signup (for example, a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription). Recurring plans are billed in advance and, unless otherwise agreed, are month-to-month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a month-to-month subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box on our form or by contacting us), you consent to receive text messages from HammerFlow. Depending on the consent you provide, these may include:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site, our services, and our messaging program. The Site and text-messaging program are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. Message and data rates may apply.
You agree to use the Site and services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to use our services to send unlawful, unsolicited, or non-consented communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own contacts when using our services.
The Site, its content, and the HammerFlow name and logo are owned by HammerFlow LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as necessary to use the services as intended.
The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific results, number of leads, appointments, or revenue except as expressly stated in a written agreement with you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HammerFlow’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised above. Your continued use of the Site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
